Welcome! Ooo, I love this part - getting to know one another! I'm looking forward to the chance to get to know you, but until I get that privilege, let me share some about me!

I'm a woman who passionately loves to connect with people and their stories. I love to champion their growth and healing and am so honored when I get to be some bit of helping them achieve those!
I adore travel and did a solo travel trip with my pup over 4 months across the US and then spent 5 weeks in Europe for my 40th birthday! I love networking and connecting!
The beach is seriously my happy place and I love how all five senses collide at once. I love the sight of the vast ocean’s glistening water that looks like a massive amount of diamonds floating on its surface. Let’s talk about the feeling of the hot sand between your toes mixed with the sound of seagulls and the taste of saltwater that lingers in your mouth. To top it off, the smell of the ocean getting stronger as you cross its threshold where the water kisses the sand. I love things that remind me just how big God is and how He loves us more than we can imagine.
I am currently thriving in many areas of my life, but building a coaching practice called Inspired Resilience LLC is one of them! I work as a certified life coach and bilbilcal counselor and my speciality is in trauma. I love helping my clients connect the emotionally fragmented parts from their trauma; healing the inner child, helping parents connect with their children better from a place of healing their own inner child, and using attachment theory to help find security in relationships through a blended model of coaching forward and counseling behind to allow stability in the now.

I love helping my clients build resilience as we walk through their goals and needs together. To see my them fight to overcome struggles and reach a place of healing and strength they never knew they had is beyond rewarding. To watch God help them and do things in and for and through them is incredible. ​

I love teaching truth through God’s word whether it’s from the stage, one-on-one with my clients, or in small group settings. One of my favorite things is to see how God’s truth impacts people’s hearts and changes their lives.
I have worked hard learning how to best serve those I counsel, coach, speak to, and consult for business. I earned a Master of Arts in Non Profit Administration from Lindenwood University and a Bachelors Degree in Human Services with an emphasis in counseling from Missouri Baptist University. Additionally, I earned an Advanced Diploma in Biblical Counseling as well as an Advanced Certificate in Christian Life Coaching from the American Association of Christian Counselor's (AACC) online program, Light University.
